The cafe emanated as an extension to Amado Academy of Culinary Arts, which ran for almost a dozen years. With the founder, Meenal Shejwar at the core of it. From finance to fondant, Meenal’s early experiences with cooking began with the warm, sweet aroma of her mother’s kitchen. The place where her love for baking was born. While life initially led her into the world of numbers, it was the quiet comfort of kneading dough and creating magic in the oven that truly stirred her soul. In 2012, Meenal introduced Bhopal to a whole new way of celebrating with grand designer cakes, chandelier creations, and dessert tables that were anything but ordinary. What started as a humble experiment quickly grew into a calling, transforming her passion into purpose. This journey expanded beyond her kitchen as she trained over 1,500 bakers through her academy, turning countless dreams into realities.
